层间压差对固井质量影响规律研究

摘    要:应用聚类分析方法研究了层间压差、隔层厚度与评价固井质量指标的水泥胶结指数BI值间的定量关系,确定了胶结指数BI值等于0.8时层间压差和隔层厚度间的一元二次多项式关系,根据回归方程求得射孔隔层厚度为1.5m和压裂隔层厚度为2.0m时的最大层间压差值,为指导合理调整钻降关井时间提供了技术界限。

Abstract:With the analysis of cluster and correlation,this paper finds a polynomial connection with one unknown and quadratic expression existing in interlayer pressure difference, interlayer thickness and cementation factor of cement BI, which is used to appraise the quality factor of well cementing. It determines the polynomial connection with one unknown and quadratic expression between interlayer pressure difference and interlayer thickness when BI=0 8, concludes the biggest difference value of interlayer pressure differential when shoot interlayer thickness=1 5 m and fracturing interlayer thickness=2 0 m with tropical equation,and offers the technologic limit to adjust drilling and shut in time rationally.
