石油企业的合作竞争策略研究

摘    要:文章以迈克尔·波特的"五力"竞争模型为基础,构建了石油企业的五方合作竞争模型,并对竞合模式的新内涵进行了分析。研究表明:在新的国际国内环境下,石油企业同行、石油企业与政府、石油企业与顾客、石油企业与新能源及石油替代企业、石油企业与潜在及新发展石油企业之间既是竞争对手,又是合作伙伴,同时论述了在不同竞合类型下,竞争策略与合作策略的选择。

Study on Cooperative and Competitive Strategies of Oil Companies

Abstract:Taking Michael Porter’s "five forces" competition model as the foundation,this paper constructs a five-party cooperation and competition model for oil companies,and analyzes the new connotation of competition-collaboration mode.In the new international and domestic environment,the relationship between oil companies,oil companies and the government,oil companies and customers,oil companies and new energy companies,oil companies and potential and new oil companies is both competitive and cooperative.Meanwhile,this paper discusses the selection of competitive and cooperative strategies for different competition-collaboration modes.
