| 摘 要： | 作为技术密集型行业，石油工业的科技创新成为保证石油企业可持续发展和国家石油安全的重要手段,而科技创新的关键在于高素质科技创新人才的培养。培养高素质的科技创新人才既是中国石油天然气集团公司实现长期可持续发展和保障国家能源战略安全的需要，也是石油高校生存和发展的重要目标。该文首先界定了科技创新人才的内涵，然后提出了中国石油一石油高校科技创新人才培养模式的总体思路和具体方案，最后，提出了实施该培养模式的几点建议。
