精细绩效考核体系的构建与应用——以中国石油青海油田天然气开发公司为例

摘    要:以中国石油青海油田天然气开发公司为例,针对公司以前绩效考核体系指标设置不细及考核覆盖面不全、考核办法不完善等问题,构建了新的精细绩效考核体系,在指标设置及考核方法上逐步精细化,并建立分步考核制度和个人绩效考核体系。通过实施绩效考核结果与绩效工资、干部晋升挂钩等措施,公司产量得以提升,成本大幅下降,各项工作得以顺利开展。
