成品油价格上涨对相关行业产生较大影响

今年以来,国家发改委已两次出台成品油价格上调政策,在社会上引起广泛关注。文章就成品油上涨对相关的交通运输、石油石化、煤炭行业以及居民消费与农业生产和农民生活产生的影响进行了调查分析,并就如何应对油价上涨提出了建议:加强对油品生产销售环节成本的严格核算,保障市场供应;加快成品油价格形成机制的改革,变滞后价格为适时价格;对公共交通、出租车行业等给予适当的补贴和优惠措施;关心低收入人群切身利益并确保其生活不受明显影响;增强全社会节约意识等。

Greater Impacts on Related Industries Caused by Oil Price Growth

Since the beginning of this year,the National Development and Reform Committee has once again enhanced the sales price of refined oil,which attracted much attention. The article investigated and analyzed the influence of refined oil prices increasing on transportation, oil, petrochemical, and coal industries as well as consumer and agricultural production and farmers living. It also made recommendations on how to deal with the increase in oil prices: Strengthening the production of oil sales in the strict cost accounting to protect the market supply; speeding up oil price formation mechanism reform and changing prices for timely price lag; giving proper subsidies and preferential measures to public transport, such as taxi industry; concerning the vital interests of low-income groups and to ensure their lives; enhancing conservation awareness throughout society.
