| 摘 要： | 对克拉玛依油气经济发展的定位及其发展战略进行了探讨，提出了该地区油气产业发展的总体思路和相关建议。认为对克拉玛依的定位应从以石油资源为主的矿业型城市向多元化发展的现代化城市转变，该区域油气经济的发展应突出优势资源转换战略，寻求勘探大突破，加快国家级石化产业基地的建设，实现石油产业与地方经济的融合发展。

| Abstract: | Orientation for oil and gas economy development in Karamay should transform from a mineral type city with oil as main resource to modern city with multiple development.In this area,oil and gas economic development should stress strategies of dominant mineral resources transformation,seek breakthrough of exploration,strengthen construction of nationally designated petrochemical industrial base and make coordinated development between petroleum enterprises and local economy. |
