摘    要:为探讨如何发挥四川盆地天然气资源优势以提升四川天然气产业的竞争力,介绍了当前四川天然气产业发展存在的诸如资源丰富但较难开采、市场需求旺盛、相关和支持性产业支持性较差、政府出台相关鼓励政策等一些现状,以钻石模型理论为基础,从生产要素、需求条件、相关和支持性产业、企业战略结构和竞争对手、政府政策5个方面对四川天然气产业的竞争力进行了分析,提出了提升四川天然气产业竞争力的5点对策,包括:攻关技术难点;延伸天然气产业链,发展技术含量高、附加值高的精细天然气化工产品;推动发展相关和支持性产业;转变经营理念和经营方式,发展循环经济;出台优惠政策,合理布局天然气产业。

Study on Competitiveness of Sichuan Natural Gas Industry Based on Diamond Model

Abstract:This paper introduces current development situations of Sichuan natural gas industry such as rich resource but hard development, huge market demand, relatively poor support from related and supporting industries, relevant incentive policies issued by the government, in order to discuss how to take advantage of natural gas resource in Sichuan Basin and improve the competitiveness of Sichuan natural gas industry. It analyzes the competitiveness of Sichuan natural gas industry from five aspects including production factors,demand conditions, related and supporting industries, enterprises' strategic structure competitor, and government policies based on diamond model theory. In addition, it proposes five countermeasures for improvement of the competitiveness, including: tackling technical difficulties; extending natural gas industrial chain and developing fine natural gas chemical products with high technical contents and added value; driving the development of related and supporting industries; changing operation philosophy and pattern and developing recycling economy; issuing preferential policies to realize reasonable distribution of natural gas industry.
