天然气制乙炔炭黑废水处理工艺

摘    要:天然气部分氧化制乙炔时,乙炔在1500℃,1ms~3ms内分解,产生的副产品炭黑拥有极细的粒度和不易沉降的特点,如果随废水排出,不加以处理对环境污染极大。介绍了青海盐湖工业公司天然气制乙炔炭黑废水处理工艺,经过分离出的炭黑有着广泛的用途,处理后的废水可以达标排放,不仅解决了炭黑废水污染问题,而且可以产生可观的经济价值。

Abstract:When using natural gas partial oxidation way to generate acetylene,under 1500℃,acetylene will be discomposed within 1ms-3ms,and the characteristic of byproduct soot is very fine granularity and not easy to settle.If the soot with waste water is to be discharged without treatment,it will bring great pollution to the environment.The soot wastewater treatment process of the Natural Gas Acetylene Factory was introduced.The separated soot had a wide range of application,and the treated waste water could be discharged up to the standard.Not only the pollution problem of the soot wastewater was resolved,but also a considerable economic benefit was obtained.
