摘    要:针对甲乙酮生产尾气中含MEK和SBA的H2排空处理,在试验了数种吸附剂的基础上,筛选了活性炭吸附剂,它对H2中MEK和SBA具有良好的吸附能力,经改性该吸附剂能使H2中MEK净化度≤100×10-6,吸附容量大,且工艺简单,投资小,具有良好的工业应用前景。

Abstract:Trough evaluating experiment of adsorbing performance, the active carbon was chosen as adsorbent. It had good adsorbing capacity of methyl ethyl ketone(MEK) and sec-butanol(SBA) in H_2.Modified active carbon adsorbent could remove MEK in tail gas of MEK production to below 100×10~(-6). The adsorption process is simpled and economic, and will have potential in industrial application.
