摘    要:黏度是表征流体流动特性的重要参数,探究含水率、气液比等因素对水合物浆液表观黏度的影响规律,明确各因素的影响程度大小,对水合物风险控制策略的实施具有重要意义。以CO2、蒸馏水、工业白油、Tween-80为实验介质,依托高压循环水合物环道,基于正交试验设计的方法,选用L9(34)正交表设计并开展了一系列含油体系CO2水合物生成及浆液流动实验,并以水合物颗粒体积分数及剪切力为CO2水合物浆液表观黏度的评价指标,分析了油相类型、含水率、气液比、乳化剂浓度对水合物浆液表观黏度的影响,并对4种影响因素的敏感性大小进行了主次排序,实验结果表明乳化剂加剂量为影响水合物浆液黏度的主要因素。此外,进一步分析了各因素对多相流动摩阻的影响。本研究结论可在一定程度上为多相混输管线的安全运行提供参考。

Abstract:Viscosity is an important parameter to characterize the fluid flow characteristics. To investigate the influence of water content, gas-liquid ratio and other factors on the apparent viscosity of hydrate slurry and clarify the degree of influence of various factors have a great significance for the implementation of hydrate risk control strategy. CO2, distilled water, commercial white oil and Tween-80 were selected as the experimental media, relying on the high pressure circulating hydrate loop and orthogonal design method, L9(34) orthogonal table was selected to design and carry out a series of CO2 hydrate formation and slurry flow experiments in oil-water emulsion system. The volume percentage of hydrate particles and the shear force were used to evaluate the apparent viscosity of CO2 hydrate slurry. The effects of oil phase type, water content, gas-liquid ratio and emulsifier concentration on apparent viscosity of hydrate slurry were analyzed, and the sensitivity of the four factors were ranked. The experimental results showed that the emulsifier dosage is the main factor affecting the viscosity of the hydrate slurry. In addition, the influence of various factors on the friction of multiphase flow was analyzed. The conclusion of this study can provide a reference for the safe operation of multiphase flow pipeline.
