摘    要:比较了溶胶-凝胶法和共沉淀法引入钾或锰助剂对Fe催化剂的CO加氢反应性能的影响,结果显示,制备方法的改变基本没有影响钾助剂在提高催化剂低碳烯烃选择性方面的性能,锰助剂的作用则因制备方法的不同而异,与共沉淀法相比,溶胶-凝胶法引入的锰助剂不能有效改善催化剂的低碳烯烃选择性;进一步的H2 TPR对比研究表明:以溶胶-凝胶法引入的锰助剂不能有效改善催化剂的初始还原性能,从而导致其无法提高催化剂的低碳烯烃选择性。

Abstract:K/Mn/Fe complex oxides catalysts were prepared by sol-gel and precipitation techniques. Comparing the performance of CO hydrogenation on these catalysts, it was found that potassium functioned as good promoter for increasing the selectivity to light olefins both in sol-gel and precipitation techniques, while for the manganese, this kind of promotion effect did not achieve in the case of introducing with precipitation techniques. Further study on the H_2-TPR performance indicated that the reason why the manganese introduced by sol-gel method did not function as good promoter for increasing the selectivity to light olefins related to its failure in improving the initial reducing capability of the catalysts.
