摘    要:采用具有微滤级孔径分布的多孔陶瓷管作为膜反应器的基质材料,在其内侧表面上用Sol-Gel技术合成具有超滤级孔径分布的的γ-Al2O3过渡层膜;再用化学镀法在γ-Al2O3膜上制备活性金属Pd膜,构成Pd/γ-Al2O3/陶瓷管复合膜反应器。实验考察了该反应器对于H2/C3H6气体混合物的渗透性能。

Abstract:Using a porous ceramic tube, which has a pore size distribution for microfiltration, as matrix material of a membrane reactor, γ Al 2O 3 membrane with a pore size distribution for ultrafiltration is synthesized on the internal surface of the ceramic tube by Sol Gel techniques.The γ Al 2O 3 membrane plays the part of transitional intermediate layer on which an active metal Pd membrane is formed by electroless plating, hence constituting the Pd/ γ Al 2O 3 ceramic tube composit membrane reactor. The permeability of the reactor for H 2/C 3H 6 gas mixture is studied in detail.
