| 摘 要： | 为了提高超深井钻机的性能和安装、拆卸效率,钻机生产商设计了以K型井架为主要结构形式的钻机,井架、底座的起升方式是其研究重点之一。介绍了K型井架底座的4种起升方式,及其钻机的结构特点、井架底座的起升原理,分析了各种起升方式适用的钻机井深级别。为超深井钻机的发展提出了建议。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the performance and installation and disassembly efficiency of ultra-deep well drilling rigs, drilling rig manufacturers have designed drilling rigs with K-type derricks as the main structural form. The lifting method of the derrick and the base is one of the research focuses. The four lifting methods of the K-type derrick base, the structural characteristics of the drilling rig, and the lifting principle of the derrick base were introduced. The drilling rig depth levels applicable to various lifting methods were analyzed. |
