摘    要:超高压自增强技术是一种延长压裂泵液力端阀箱使用寿命的工艺技术。针对现有超高压自增强工艺技术进行了分析,确认了按照现有工艺进行超高压自增强后液力端阀箱内腔关键位置的应力集中程度得到了显著改善,从而有效延长了压裂泵液力端的疲劳寿命。根据仿真分析对现有工艺进行了优化,提出了进行超高压自增强过程中应注意的一些问题。

Abstract:Super-high pressure auto-frettage is an effective method to prolong the service life of fracturing pump fluid end. The existing Super-high pressure auto-frettage technology was analyzed. Based on the analysis of the existing super-high pressure auto-frettage technology, it was confirmed that the stress concentration of the key positions in the inner cavity of the hydraulic end valve box was significantly improved after the ultra-high pressure auto-reinforcement according to the existing technology. The fatigue life of the fluid end of the fracturing pump has been effectively extended. According to the simulation analysis, the existing process was optimized, and some problems t in the process of auto-frettage technology were put forward.
