摘    要:为评价自主研发的水力喷射工具的穿透能力、承压等性能,结合水力喷射压裂工艺基本原理,采用壁厚9.17 mm钢级为P110套管为靶件,以1050型压裂机组为试验设备,并采用φ6.3 mm硬质合金喷嘴进行地面模拟试验。试验发现,在213.86 m/s喷射速度下,套管2 min内被射穿,且在套管壁上形成椭圆形孔眼。计算试验数据表明:设计喷嘴的流量系数较高,达到0.91;试验中最高压差达43.1 MPa,工具相关动作正常,密封良好。地面模拟试验证明了水力喷射工具的结构设计合理,相关性能达到了设计要求,为下一步开展现场试验提供了依据,对射流增压等理论研究也起到了一定的作用。
