8 000 m四单根立柱自动化钻机研制

目前,石油钻机多采用三单根立柱进行钻井作业,管柱处理多以手动操作为主。为了提高钻井效率、降低钻井成本、改善工人作业环境、提高钻井作业安全性,研制了8 000 m四单根立柱自动化钻机。从钻机总体方案、关键系统方案、关键技术及试验等方面对该钻机进行技术分析。通过试验证明,8 000 m四单根立柱自动化钻机适应能力强、自动化程度高、作业效率高、作业安全。该钻机为石油勘探开发提质增效提供了有力的装备保障,具有良好的推广价值。

Research and Development of 8 000 m Four-joint Stand Drilling Rig

At present oil drilling rigs mostly use three-joint stand for drilling operations, and pipe handing is mainly manual operation. In order to improve drilling efficiency, reduce drilling cost, improve worker’working environment and improve the safety of drilling operation, an 8 000 m three-joint stand automatic drilling rig was developed. The technical analysis of the drilling rig was carried out from the aspects of the overall scheme of the drilling rig, the key system scheme, the key technology and the testing. The experiment shows that the 8000m three-joint stand automatic drilling rig has strong adaptability, high automation degree, high efficiency and safe operation. The drilling rig provides powerful equipment support for improving quality and increasing efficiency of oil exploration and development, and has good promotion value.
