摘    要:在大斜度井、水平井中采用连续油管输送射孔枪,存在卡钻、电缆及枪身难以下入等问题,使得射孔作业效率低,井控风险高。在分析连续油管机械定位原理的基础上,研制了新型机械定位装置。结合连续油管作业机独特的作业性能,形成了连续油管机械定位射孔工艺。该工艺技术已在58口井、114段定向井和水平井中应用,定位最大井斜达到84.26°,定位深度超过3 000 m。现场应用表明,在大斜度定向井、水平井中使用连续油管机械定位技术,可提高作业效率10%,且有效地避免了井控事故的发生。该技术可以作为常规射孔技术的补充手段,解决传统射孔工艺无法克服的难题,广泛应用于大斜度定向井、水平井的射孔作业。

Abstract:The application of coiled tubing to transport perforating guns in directional wells has problems such as jamming, cables and difficulty in running the gun body, resulting in low perforation efficiency and high well control risks. Based on the analysis of the mechanical positioning principle of coiled tubing, a new mechanical positioning device was developed. Combined with the unique operating performance of the coiled tubing, the mechanical positioning perforating technology of coiled tubing was formed. This technology has been applied in 58 wells, totally 114 directional wells and horizontal wells. The maximum deviation of the positioning reaches 84.26 and the positioning depth exceeds 3 000 m. Field applications show that the use of the mechanical positioning technology in directional wells can increase operating efficiency by 10%, and effectively avoid well control accidents. This technology can be used as a supplement to conventional perforation technology to solve problems that cannot be overcome by traditional perforation technology, and is widely used in perforation operations in directional wells.
