井下冲击钻井工具模拟试验装置研制

摘    要:为了研究井下冲击钻井工具的工作参数对钻头破岩效率的影响规律,研制了井下冲击钻井工具模拟试验系统。该系统主要由钻采工具多功能试验机、动力水龙头、冲击钻井工具模拟装置、钻具、模拟井筒、试验介质循环系统、测控系统等组成。通过钻进岩样试验,分析钻压、冲击频率、冲击幅值、冲击力等参数对钻头破岩效率的影响。为优化冲击钻井工具提供试验数据。

Abstract:In order to study the influence rule of working parameters of the down-hole percussion drilling tools on rock-breaking efficiency, the simulation test system for the down-hole percussion drilling tools was developed. The system mainly consists of multifunctional testing machine, power swivel, simulating device for percussion drilling tools, drilling tools, simulation well-bore, test medium circulating system, measurement and control system. By the test of drilling rock sample, the influence of parameters such as bit pressure, impact frequency, impact amplitude, impact force on the rock-breaking efficiency of drill bit were analyzed, which can provide test data for optimizing percussion drilling tools.
