摘    要:国内现有倒管器存在工作时主轴不旋转导致其磨损严重,且运转不平稳; 无法适应运输滚筒上不同中心孔布局; 排管臂无法调整排管角度以适应注入头导向器高度,可能使连续管进出排管器时大角度弯折,从而导致连续管表面损伤等问题。研制了一种新型连续管倒管器,采用有限元分析方法以及现场应用,验证了该倒管器设计可靠性及现场适应性。现场应用结果表明,该倒管器适用连续管外径38.1~63.5 mm,运输滚筒外径2 700~3 700 mm,运输滚筒宽度1 780~2 300 mm,最高倒管速度20 m/min,既能实现运输滚筒的快速安装、高效倒管,也能驱动运输滚筒直接实现连续管起下作业。相关研究加快了连续管配套装备国产化进程,有助于推动油田现场实现降本增效。

Abstract:Existing domestic Coiled Tubing Spooling Stand have serious wearing and uneven operation due to the non-rotation of the main shaft during operation. It cannot adapt to the different central hole layouts on the transport drum. The pipe arranging arm cannot adjust the pipe arranging angle to adapt to the height of the injector head guide, which may cause the coiled pipe to be bent at a large angle when entering and exiting the arranging device, which may cause problems such as damage to the coiled pipe surface. In view of this, a new type of coiled tube spooling stand was developed through optimized design. By using finite element analysis method and field application, the design reliability and field adaptability of the pipe inverter were verified. Field application results show that the coiled tubing spooling stand is suitable for coiled tube outer diameter 38.1~63.5 mm, transport roller outer diameter 2 700~3 700 mm, transport roller width 1 780~2 300 mm, which can meet the maximum operating speed of 20 m/min. It can not only realize the quick installation of the transport roller and efficient pipe inverting, but also can drive the transport roller to directly realize the coiled pipe up and down operation. Relevant research has accelerated the localization of coiled tube supporting equipment. It will help promoting the cost reduction and efficiency increase on the oilfield site.
