摘    要:通过模拟腐蚀环境,采用慢应变速率拉伸方法研究Cr13钢在CO2/H2S环境中的力学性能以及腐蚀规律;利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜观察拉伸断口的微观形貌,分析其断裂机理。试验结果表明:Cr13钢在空气、50g/L的Cl-水溶液、pH为5.0的饱和CO2溶液中的应力腐蚀敏感性不高,表现为韧性开裂;介质的pH从5.0降到4.0,可使Cr13钢在Cl-水溶液中及饱和CO2溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂敏感性增强,使Cr13钢从韧性断裂变为脆性断裂;H2S促进了Cr13钢在水溶液和饱和CO2溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂的敏感性。

Abstract:The mechanical property of Crl3 Steel was investigated by SSRT method in a simulated CO2/HzS corrosion environment,its fracture mechanism was analyzed by means of watching mi- crostructure of tensile fracture in metallurgical microscope, SEM. Experimental result indicated that SCC sensitivity of Crl3 Steel in air, 50 g/L Cl- solution or saturated, pH = 5, CO2 solution was no high,its fracture mode was toughness crack, pH value of media decreased from 5.0 to 4.0, SCC sensitivity of Crl3 Steel in Cl- solution or saturated COz solution was reinforced,its fracture mode was changed from toughness crack into brittle rupture. The existence of H2S facilitated SCC sensitivity of Crl3 Steel in Cl- solution or saturated CO2 solution.
