某高温高压气井油管泄漏试验研究

摘    要:某高压气井在酸化压裂后的试喷过程中发生特殊螺纹油管接头泄漏,起出后检查发现扭矩台肩部位有大量腐蚀。对该规格油管进行复合载荷条件下的气密封性能试验和耐腐蚀性评价试验。结果证明,在静态载荷作用下,油管气密封和耐腐蚀性能可满足工况要求。应用排除方法分析了台肩面处的摩振腐蚀和复杂应力状态是导致腐蚀的原因,可较好地解释实际腐蚀现象。提出了今后油管特殊接头设计与应用研究的方向,以解决该类腐蚀问题。

Abstract:The leakage of tubing string of high temperature high pressure gas well had occurred. I.ots of corrosion had been found in the torque shoulder of tubings after pulled. The results of seal testing of connection under combined load and corrosion evaluation of acidification processing on the tubing premium connection showed that the tubing connection had the enough performance to satisfy the high temperature high pressure gas well requirements of seal and corrosion resistant. On the basis of exclusive method,this paper provided that the reasons of torque shoulder corro- sion were fretting corrosion and complex stress, which can explain the corrosion distribution along the tubing string,and give the research direction of design and use of tubing premium connection to reduce the corrosion.
