高含气井用潜油电泵气体处理器研制

潜油电泵系统在较高含气井中工作时,经常发生气锁,严重影响泵的性能和寿命.为了使进入潜油电泵的井液达到要求的气液比,目前是使用油气分离器,但是其分离效果较差,使用范围受到限制.介绍了一种新型高含气井用潜油电泵气体处理器.设计了特殊结构的叶轮、导轮、盖板和轮毂,组成混流通道,将高含气的井液处理为含气量低且流动性能如单相流的井液,使得该气体处理器具有比普通潜油泵更高的携气能力.现场应用表明：该气体处理器可使潜油电泵机组在气液较高的油井中稳定运行,效果显著.

Study of the Gas Handler of the Electric Submersible Pump for High Gas Containing Wells

Air lock often occurs when ESP system is applied to high containing gas well,seriously affecting the performance and the life of the pump.In order to achieve the required GLR （gas-liquid ratio） before entering into the submersible pump,the gas separator is used.But the separation of gas separator is poor,limit of its usable range.A new type of gas handler for high gas containing wells is described.With the special structure of the impeller,the diffuser,the shroud and the hub,the gas handling deals with the high liquidity as a single phase fluid,and makes the gas handler higher gas capacity than normal submersible pump.Field application results showed that with the gas handler,the electrical submersible pump can run in gas-liquid oil wells steadily.
