摘    要:基于可视化开发工具Visual Basic 6.0中文企业版和Access2003数据库管理系统,开发出了螺旋埋弧焊管焊缝形状控制与优化工艺数据库。该系统以长期生产实践和科学试验中的数据和结果,即,对不同工艺条件下获得的焊缝形貌及其评价为依据,建立相应的数据库和图库。该数据库包括基本情况、焊接材料、工艺因素、焊接规范、结构因素等板块,与焊缝形貌的评价相对应,可对数据进行科学的存贮、更新、增减、打印输出等操作,并能依据用户的不同需求,根据材质、厚度、直径等进行单条件或组合条件的查询,根据查询结果分析对比,获得优化的工艺参数。

Abstract:An optimized database system for control of weld bead shape of submerged arc welding on spiral pipes is developed based on Visual Basic 6.0 of Chinese Enterprise Edition and Access 2003 DBMS.This system based on more data and results,accumulated in production practice and scientific experiment,depending on past pattern given from different processing condition and establishing homologous both database and graphic database.The database system includes basic state,welding material,process factor,welding condition,structure factor and other conditions.In corresponding with the appraising with past pattern,it not only can attain restore,renewal,increase or decrease,printout and other operations of data,but can accord as differ demands of users,utilize material quality,thickness,diameter and other single conditions or combination conditions to querying as well.The system also can analyze contrast query results,and obtain optimized process parameter.
