透层乳化沥青的研制

摘    要:以重交通道路沥青AH-70、AH-90和普通130号沥青为基质沥青,进行了透层乳化沥青的研制。实验试样满足交通部JTG F40—2004技术指标要求,在摊铺碾压后3h及养生7d的半刚性基层上,均能渗入5mm以上,在实体工程上进行的试验结果表明,其渗透性好于对比透层乳化沥青。

Abstract:The preparation of prime-coat asphalt emulsions based on the matrix asphalt of AH-70, AH-90 heavy traffic asphalt and 130 common asphalt was studied in this paper.The performances of asphalt emulsion can meet the JTG F40-2004 standard,which was able to sink more than 5mm into the semi-rigid soil base after 3 hours compaction by rolling and the semi-rigid soil base after 7 days maintenance.The penetration of this asphalt emulsion is better than that of compared asphalt emulsion used in practical construction...
