摘    要:以减压蜡油掺炼焦化蜡油为原料,在小型固定流化床实验装置上考察了焦化蜡油掺炼比对催化裂化(FCC)反应性能的影响。结果表明:焦化蜡油掺炼比每增加1个百分点,FCC反应转化率约降低0.7个百分点,重油收率约增加0.7个百分点;随着焦化蜡油掺炼比的增加,液化气和汽油收率下降,干气收率上升,柴油和焦炭收率均先增大后减小,且在焦化蜡油掺炼比为20%时,柴油和焦炭收率均达到峰值。

Abstract:The effect of coker gas oil mixing ratio in feed on fluid catalytic cracking reaction(FCC)performance was examined in a confined fluidized bed reactor with coker gas oil as mixing feed.The results showed that when the mixing ratio of the coker gas oil increased by 1 percent points,the FCC reaction conversion rate decreased by 0.7 percent points,and the heavy oil yield increased by 0.7 percent points.With the increase of coker gas oil mixing ratio,the yields of liquefied gas and gasoline decreased,dry gas yield increased,the diesel and coke yields had shown a trend of increasing first and then decreasing and reached peak value when coker gas oil mixing ratio was 20%.
