碱吸收法处理氮氧化物的动力学数据分析

摘    要:为解决生产装置尾气排放浓度和排放量不稳定,导致数据难以处理的问题,对中国石油兰州化工研究中心2 000 m~3/h氮氧化物(NO_x)碱吸收装置建立NO_x吸收反应模型,通过合理简化获得符合实际的动力学方程c=0.75/(0.636 6/c_0~(1.57)+0.005 77/Q)~(0.636 6),并进行了可靠性验证。结果表明:利用模型拟合获得动力学方程,其较好地反应了NO_x吸收规律,可用于指导生产及工艺优化。

Abstract:In order to solve the data processing difficulty problem caused by instability of production unit in exhausted gas emission concentration and amount,a nitrogen oxides(NO x)absorption reaction model was established for the 2000 m^3/h NO x alkali absorption unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Center,PetroChina.After reasonable simplification,the dynamic equation was obtained,and the reliability of the dynamic equation was verified.The results showed that the dynamic equation obtained by the model fit:c=0.75/(0.6366/c 01.57+0.00577/Q)^0.6366,and this equation could reflect the NO x absorption pattern well,and could be used for the production and process optimization guidance.
