LDR-100催化剂在重油催化裂化装置上的应用

摘    要:在中国石油锦西石化公司1.80 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置上进行了高辛烷值催化裂化催化剂(牌号为LDR - 100)的工业应用试验.结果表明,当LDR - 100达到系统藏量的50%时,总液收率提高了1.26个百分点,液化气质量分数提高了2.13个百分点,液化气中丙烯体积分数增加了3.83个百分点,汽油辛烷值提高了4.1个单位,汽油中芳烃体积分数增加了3.7个百分点.

Abstract:Commercial application of LDR-100 catalyst in a 1.80 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Jinxi Petrochemical Company was conducted.The results showed that when 50% inventory of LDR-100 catalyst was loaded in the system,the total liquid yield increased by 1.26 percent points,the mass fraction of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) increased by 2.13 percent points,the volume fraction of propylene in LPG increased by 3.83 percent points,the research octane number of gasoline increased by 4.1 units,aromatics content in gasoline increased by 3.7 percent points.
