常减压蒸馏装置深拔对延迟焦化的影响

分析了中国石化上海高桥分公司常减压蒸馏装置减压深拔后对渣油收率、残炭含量及延迟焦化的影响。结果表明，减压深拔可使蒸馏的总拔出率从70．29％提高至73．18％，渣油的收率从29．71％降至26．82％，渣油中蜡油组分减少2．0个百分点，渣油中残炭质量分数从18．08％增加到19．78％；减压深拔后延迟焦化产物中蜡油收率降低约2．1个百分点，石油焦收率增加约2．3个百分点，但延迟焦化装置循环比增加，降低了液体收率。，

Effect of deep vacuum distillation of crude oil unit on delayed coking

The effect of deep vacuum distillation of crude oil unit on the yield of vacuum residuum,quantity of residual carbon and delayed coking were analyzed.The results showed that after deep vacuum distillation of crude oil unit,the total distillation yield improved from 70.28% to 73.18%,the yield of vacuum residuum reduced from 27.91% to 26.82%,the mass fraction of paraffin oil in vacuum residuum decreased by 2.0 percentiles,and the mass fraction of residual carbon increased from 18.08% to 19.78%.The yield of pa...
