摘    要:以1,6-己二醇、丙烯酸为原料,强酸性正离子树脂D 072为催化剂,环己烷为带水剂,对苯二酚为阻聚剂,通过酯化反应合成了1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯。结果表明,最佳酯化反应条件为:丙烯酸/1,6-己二醇(摩尔比)2.2,催化剂用量(占原料总质量,质量分数)2.5%,阻聚剂用量(占丙烯酸用量,质量分数)0.6%,带水剂用量(占原料总质量,质量分数)为70%,时间4 h,温度80~110℃。在此条件下产物收率可达93.88%。

Abstract:1,6 -hexanediol diacrylate was prepared by esterification with 1,6 - hexanediol and acrylic acid as raw materials, strong acid cationic resin D 072 as catalyst,cyclohexane as water - carrying agent, hydroquinone as polymerization inhibitor. The results showed that the product yield was 93.88% under the optimum esterification reaction condition: acrylic acid/1, 6 - hexanediol ( mole ratio) 2.2, the mass fraction of catalyst( based on to-tal mass of materials ) 2.5 % , the mass fraction of inhibitor (based on total mass of acrylic acid ) 0. 6% , the mass fraction of water - carrying ( based on total mass of materials)70% , reaction time 4 h, reaction temperatue 80 - 110 %.
