梳形聚合物与常规聚丙烯酰胺的调剖对比研究

摘    要:针对河南油田江河区高温高盐现状,开展了聚合物调剖性能评价研究。考察了不同聚合物交联体系的成胶情况,评价了不同聚合物交联体系的耐温性、抗盐性、剪切稳定性及长期稳定性,测定了其储能模量和损耗模量,并对不同聚合物交联体系进行了初步经济评价。结果表明,梳形聚合物用量是常规聚丙烯酰胺用量的2/3时,其交联体系黏度相当,且梳形聚合物各项性能均优于常规聚丙烯酰胺,而以梳形聚合物为原料的调剖剂提高采收率最高,达15.61%,且该调剖剂价格仅为156.80元/t,经济效益显著。

Abstract:In view of the high temperature and high salt content conditions in Jianghe Block of Henan Oilfield, an evaluation on the performance of polymer profile control agents was carried out. The gelling of different polymer crosslinking systems was studied, the heat resistant performance, salt resistant performance, shear stability and long term stability of different crosslinking systems were evaluated, the storage modulus and loss modulus of the crosslinking systems were measured, and preliminary economic evaluation on the crosslinkage systems was made as well. According to the results, the viscosity of comb polymer crosslinking system is roughly the same as that of common polyacrylamide and the properties of comb polymer are better than that of common polyacrylamide when the amount of comb polymer is 2/3 of that of common polyacrylamide. The recovery efficiency reaches 15.61%, the maximum level, when the profile control agent prepared with comb polymer is used, and the price of this profile control agent is only RMB 156.80 Yuan per tonne, showing that it has good economic benefit.
