IPPA/AA/HPA三元共聚物的合成及性能研究

摘    要:以异丙烯膦酸(IPPA)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸烃丙酯(HPA)为单体,水为溶剂,过硫要到铵为引发剂合成了异丙烯膦酸/丙烯酸/现烯酸丙酯三元共的(代号为YSS-94),并对其阻垢和缓蚀进行了评定。结果表明,YSS-94不仅具有优良的阻垢分散性能,而且对碳钢也有很好的缓蚀作用,是一种应用前景广阔的新型高效水质稳定剂。

Abstract:The IPPA/AA/HPA copolymer (YSS-94) was synthesized with water as solvent, ammoni-um persulfate as initiator, and isopropenylphosphonic acid (IPPA), acrylic acid(AA) ,hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA) as monomers. The scale-inhibiting and corrosion-inhibiting performances of YSS-94 were evaluated. The results showed that YSS-94 is an excellent water-stabilizing agent with bright prospect.
