复合交联聚合物调堵剂的研制

摘    要:介绍了复合交联剂的交联机理,考察了聚合物水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)浓度、单交联剂有机铬、复合交联剂有机铬与酚醛、温度等因素对凝胶体系的影响。结果表明,在聚合物HPAM浓度1500mg/L,采用复合交联剂,其中有机铬浓度50mg/L,酚醛浓度150mg/L,多羟基酚和除氧剂浓度均为100mg/L,温度45℃条件下,可配制出粘弹性好、强度高、粘度保持率达95%以上的复合交联聚合物调堵剂。该调堵剂可用于温度低于50℃的中低温油藏条件。

Abstract:The crosslinking mechanism of compounded crosslinkers was introduced. The effects of concentra- tion of HPAM, single crosslinker organo - chromium, compounded organo - chromium - phenolic resin, temperature on the gelling system were examined. The result showed when the concentration of HPAM was 1500 g/L, the concentration of organo - chromium and phenolic resin in the compounded crosslinker were 50 mg/L and 150 mg/L, both of the concentration of polyhydroxyl phenol and oxygen remover were 100 mg/L at 45 ℃ ,the compounded crosslinking polymer as profile modifying and plugging agent was prepared with high viscoelasicity ,high strength,which could be used in oil reservoir at the temperature below 50 ℃.
