| Abstract: | The synthesis of 3 - methyl - 4 - nitroanisole by nitrosation, oxidation, etherification of m - cresol is introduced . The purification for intermediate of 4 - nitro - m - cresol and final product of 3 - methyl - 4 - nitroanisole is presented at the same time. |
