共聚物堵水剂的制备与性能评价

摘    要:针对油田注水开发后期普遍存在油井产水的问题,以非离子单体AM、阴离子单体BS和CS、阳离子单体D为原料,合成了一种共聚物堵水剂.并确定了其最佳原料配方和合成条件。结果表明,合成的共聚物堵水剂具有优异的堵水效果和选择性,堵水率可达90%以上,堵油率在10%以下。

Abstract:To resolve the water- production problem due to water injection exploitation in oilfields, a copolymer plugging agent was prepared with nonionic monomer AM, anionic monomer CS and cationic monomer D as materials. The optimum formula and synthetic condition were determined. The plugging agent had good plugging efficiency and selection. Its water plugging efficiency was above 90% and oil plugging efficiency was below 10% .
