摘    要:采用木质素磺酸钙与2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS),丙烯酸(AA)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)接枝共聚,合成AMPS/AA/DMDAAC-木质素磺酸盐接枝共聚物,将其作为钻井液降粘剂,并对其在钻井液中的降粘性能进行了室内初步评价。结果表明,AMPS/AA/DMDAAC-木质素磺酸盐接枝共聚物用作钻井液降粘剂,具有较好的抑制性和耐温抗盐能力。

Abstract:The AMPS/AA/DMDAAC - lignosulphonates graft copolymer as viscosity reducer for drilling fluids was synthesized from calcium lignosulphonates, acrylic acid, 2 - acrylamido - 2 - methylpropanesulfonic acid and diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride. The mud properties of the AMPS/AA/DMDAAC - lignosulphonates graft copolymer was evaluated in laboratory. The experimental results showed that the AMPS/AA/DMDAAC - lignosulphonates graft copolymer has very good heat resistance, salt tolerance and inhibiting action when it is used as viscosity reducer for drilling fluids.
