抗盐型调堵剂的室内研究及评价

摘    要:以丙烯酰胺、阳离子单体为主要原料,加入丙烯酸、交联剂及其他添加剂,制得抗盐型调堵剂。考察了调堵剂中各组分用量和反应温度对膨胀性能的影响,确定了抗盐型调堵剂的最佳合成条件,进行了岩芯模拟封堵试验。室内研究结果表明,该调堵剂抗盐稳定性好,具有较好的堵水效果,而且对改善剖面也有很好的效果。

Abstract:A water - plugging and profile modification agent was prepared using acrylamide and cationic monomer as main materials, and adding acrylic acid, crosslinking agent and other additives. The effects of amount of components and reaction temperature on the swelling property were studied. The optimum polymerization conditions were determined. The core simulating plugging tests were carried out.The laboratory results showed that the agent had good stability and effect of water - plugging and profile modification.
