超高分子量聚丙烯酰胺后水解参数的确定

摘    要:分析了在聚丙烯酰胺水解过程中影响分子量的主要因素。通过正交试验法设计实验,对影响取丙烯酰胺分子量的水解剂,水解温度、水解时间、水解浓度等因素进行了优化选择,确定子聚丙烯酰胺后水解的工艺参数,以此水解工艺和聚合工艺相结合,合成了适合油田驱油用超高分子量聚丙烯酰胺,其分子量高达25.3×10^6,水解度25.80%,过滤比1.29。

Abstract:Main factors (such as hydrolytic reagent, temperature, time and concentration) affecting molecular weight of polyacrylamide have been analysed using orthogonal design. Post-hydrolysis is carried out at the concentration of 8% ,temperature of 90 C in the presence of NaOH as hydrolytic reagent. Polyacrylamide with molecular weight up to 25 million ,hydrolytic degree of 25. 8% and filtration ratio < 1. 29, which can be used as oil displacing agent has been synthesized by combination of hydrolysis technology with polymerization technology.
