油井屏蔽洗井技术研究及现场应用

摘    要:针对负压油井洗井时不能建立正常循环,易造成产层损害和油层水淹的情况,提出了屏蔽洗井技术的思路,研制了相应的屏蔽洗井液。室内与现场试验表明,屏蔽洗井液具有良好的悬浮稳定性、屏蔽暂堵性、抗温抗盐性和解堵能力,较好地解决了该类油井洗井后排水时间长(约5d)、油层损害、产能下降和电泵井砂卡等问题,节省了洗井用水,简化了井下作业程序,降低了非生产成本,具有明显的降水增油效果,单井增产1%~5.5%。

Abstract:According to the situation that there is loss of circulation,formation damage and water out in washing-well of negative pressure oil well,the viewpoint of masking washing-well technology is proposed,and relevant washing fluid is prepared.Library and oilfield experiment show the masking washing fluid have better stability of suspension、masking temporary shut-off、high temperature and salinity,and ability to remove temporary shut-off;All problems that oil-wellwater removal time is long,formation is damage,and producing capability decreases are resolved;Washing-well water is saved,the working program under well is simplified,non-production cost decrease;1%~5% recovery efficiency is attained in per well.
