摘    要:电磁波随钻测量传输技术作为石油勘探开发领域的一项新技术,具有信号传输速率高、不受钻井液介质影响、成本低等特点。文中简要地介绍了电磁波传输技术的特点并提出了构成电磁波随钻测量系统的关键模块,描述了钻井工程技术研究院自主研发的无线电磁波随钻测量工具DREMWD的工作原理及系统组成,同时为检验DREMWD系统工具的工作性能,分别在定向井与水平井进行了现场应用,在使用中,DREMWD较高的数据传输速率及传输稳定性节约了随钻时间,配置有动态方位伽马钻铤短节的工具在煤层气水平导向应用中对于判断煤层边界优势显著。

Electromagnetic wave DREMWD system and its field application

Abstract:As a novel technology in petroleum exploration development field, electromagnetic wave MWD is characterized by high signal transmission speed, little affect from drilling fluid media, low cost, and so on. The paper briefly introduced the feature of the electromagnetic wave transmission technique, proposed the critical modules constituting the electromagnetic wave system, and described the working principle and system composition of the electromagnetic wave tools for DREMWD, which was self-designed. In order to check the working performance, it was applied in field both on directional wells and horizontal wells, In the course of using, DREMWD saves drilling time by higher data transmission speed and stability. The DREMWD which is configured with dynamic azimuth gamma collar has a remarkable advantage in judging coal seam in the application of horizontally guided CBM wells.
