玄武岩纤维对铝酸盐水泥石性能的影响

摘    要:为进一步改善稠油热采井固井用铝酸盐水泥石的性能,研究了玄武岩纤维对水泥石性能的影响。通过测试水泥浆工程性能、水泥石力学性能及渗透性,结合扫描电镜(SEM)分析其微观结构,探讨了玄武岩纤维增强铝酸盐水泥石力学性能的作用机理。结果表明:铝酸盐水泥中掺入适量的玄武岩纤维,低温常压环境下,水泥浆的工程性能变化不大,纤维水泥石力学性能有效提高,具有明显的韧性;高温高压环境下,纤维水泥石强度、渗透性保持稳定,具有良好的耐高温性能。观察水泥石微观形貌并分析纤维作用机理发现:铝酸盐水泥石中的玄武岩纤维稳定存在,水泥石的微观孔结构得到改善,微裂纹的产生和发展得到控制,纤维与水泥水化产物紧密黏结,起到了阻裂作用,纤维脱离黏结和拔出,增加了水泥石的断裂能,从而实现了玄武岩纤维对固井用铝酸盐水泥石性能的改善。

Effects of basalt fiber on the performance of aluminate cement stone

Abstract:In order to further improve the performance of aluminate cement stone used for cementing in heavy oil thermal recovery wells, this paper studies the effects of basalt fiber on the performance of cement stone. Through the measurement of cement slurry engineering performance, mechanical properties and permeability of cement stone, and combined with scanning electron microscope (SEM) to analyze the microstructure, this paper explores the functional mechanism of basalt fiber reinforced aluminate cement stone. The results show that, after adding appropriate amount of basalt fiber into aluminate cement and at low temperature and normal pressure environment, the engineering performance of the cement slurry does not change much, the mechanical properties of the fiber modified cement stone are significantly improved and have obvious toughness. Under high temperature and high pressure, strength and permeability of fiber modified cement stones remain stable, and the fiber cement stone has good high temperature resistance. By observing the microstructure of cement stone and analyzing the functional mechanism of fiber, it is found that basalt fiber maintains stable in aluminate cement stone, the microscopic pore structure of cement stone has been improved, the emergence and development of micro-cracks is under control, the fiber and cement hydration products are bonded tightly, which resists cracking. Fiber breaking away from bonding and being pulled out increases the cement fracture energy, hence improving the performance of aluminate cement stone used in cementing by basalt fiber as a toughening material.
