抽油机井泵效的影响因素及井下能量损失

摘    要:本文通过对大庆油田百余井次实测生产资料的处理,计算了抽油泵的(总)效率和各种功率损失,分析了影响泵效的诸因素,并对井下各部分能量损失进行了计算和分析,搞清了抽油机井井下效率不高的原因,主要是抽油杆在传递能量过程中把相当大的一部分能量损失掉了,这部分损失在117井次中占无杆平均功率的42.1%。文中还为全面提高抽油机升的整机效率提出了指导性意见。

THE EFFECTS ON PUMP EFFICIENCY OF A SUCKER ROD PUMPING WELL AND THE ENERGY LOSSES WITHIN THE WELLBORE
Abstract:According to the tested production data of hundred-odd sucker rod pumping wells in Daqing oilfield,the total efficiency an every part of power losses of a sucker rod pump are calculated,and the effects on the pump efficiency are analysed in this paper.By means of calculation and analysis of the each part of downhole power losses,a clear understanding of the reason why the downhole pump efficiency is not high is known.The main reason is that the great part of power is lossed in the power transmission from the sucker rod,which accounts for 42.1 Percent of the average Polished rod horsepower of 117 wells.some proposals for improving system efficiency in a pumping well are given in this paper.
