摘    要:为全面改善普通油井水泥物理力学性能的均衡性,研制了ZZC-1增强增韧型水泥添加剂,室内试验结果和现场应用均表明该水泥添加剂与常用的油井水泥外加剂具有良好的配伍性,可显著提高普通油井水泥的抗折强度、抗冲击韧性、胶结强度和抗压强度,提高固井质量.原因在于该水泥添加剂中的改性纤维限制了水泥基体中微裂纹的生成和发展,同时其中所含有的活性微粒和与之相匹配的激活剂,在增加水泥颗粒之间胶结强度的同时,又具有微粒填充作用,有利于载荷的传递,宏观上表现为水泥石宏观物理力学性能改善.

Abstract:To completely improve the equal balance of physical and mechanical performance of conventional oil well cement, the strength-enhanced and toughness-reinforced cement additive ZZC-1 has been developed. Experimental results in lab and field application both showed its good compatibility with other cement additives. It can significantly improve the break resistance,anti-impact toughness,cementation strength and compressive strength of conventional oil well cement, and meanwhile improve cementing quality. It results from the fact that the feature-altered fiber in the additive has limited the growth and development of micro fractures in cement matrix. Moreover, it contains active fine particles and accordingly compatible activator. They can not only enhance the cementation strength between cement particles, but also benefit load transmission by its particle-infilling function, which has been shown on the macro physical and mechanic performance of set cement.
