高温缓凝剂GH-9的研究与应用

摘    要:为解决深井及超深井固井难题,克服一般固井用缓凝剂材料(铁铬盐、酒石酸、CMHEC、木质素磺酸盐等)存在的过缓凝或过敏感、不抗高温的弊病,研制开发了GH-9油井水泥抗高温缓凝剂,该高温缓凝剂是用一种不饱和二元有机酸衣康酸(又称亚甲基丁二酸)和另外一种带有磺酸基团的乙烯单体AMPS(又称2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸)在引发条件下聚合反应制成,该产品有很好的高温缓凝作用,与大多数的分散剂、降失水剂有良好的相容性,配制的水泥浆具有高温直角稠化的特点.经现场应用证明,该油井水泥抗高温缓凝剂能够满足高温固井需要,并适合在严寒的条件下施工,具有一定的推广应用价值.

Abstract:In order to solve cementing problems in deep and ultra-deep wells, and to avoid deficiencies of conventional retarders for cement slurry such as over delayed and sensitive, high temperature retarder GH-9 for cement slurry was developed. As a copolymer made from itaconic acid and AMPS, it exhibits excellent delayed coagulation and good compatibility with other additives such as dispersants and fluid loss reducers. What is more, the slurry with GH-9 in has very short transient time in thickening test. Field experience showed the high temperature retarder GH-9 for cement slurry met requirements of cementing job at high temperature.
