摘    要:MEG钻井液是最新研制的对环境无污染的一种抑制性水基钻井液。MEG为葡萄糖的衍生物,是甲基葡萄糖甙或两种对映异构体的单体以及少量二聚、三聚体的混合物。MEG性能可与油基钻井液相比拟。室内通过滤液浸泡、表面张力和界面张力测试、MEG基液的颗粒粒度分布测定、抑制性对比评价实验研究了甲基葡萄糖甙钻井液对储层的保护特性。结果表明,甲基葡萄糖甙钻井液体系具有良好的滤失性和保护储层的特性,在高、低渗透储层中均能有效地控制固相和滤液侵入地层,减轻对储层的伤害。

Abstract:MEG drilling fluid, a newly developed inhibitive water-based drilling fluid free of pollution to enviroment and a glucose derivative, consists of methylated glu-coside or two monomers of enantiomorphous iso-meride , dipolymer and trimer. Its properties are similar to oil-based drilling fluid. The fluid's protection characteristics to reservoir are studied by filtrate soaking, test of surface and interfacial tension, test of particle size distribution in MEG fluid and contrast evaluation test of inhibility. The results indicate that this fluid system has good filtration and reservoir protection characteristics as well as effectively reduce damage to high and low permeability reservoirs.
