DL-2H堵漏仪自动控制设计与应用

摘    要:针对DL-2堵漏仪工作温度和压力偏低、实验参数无法自动记录等不足,对现有DL-2型堵漏仪进行改进。阐述堵漏仪自动采集和自动控制的工作原理、硬件和软件设计。现场应用表明,改进后的DL-2H型堵漏仪在高温高压环境下工作正常,采集的数据准确、可靠。

Design of automatic control for DL-2H lost circulation evaluation device and its application

Abstract:According to drawbacks of model DL- 2H device for evaluating the performance of lost circulation materials, such as lower work temperature and work pressure, and unable to record experimental data automatically, etc. , the existing device was upgraded. This paper describes the principles of automatic data collection and automatic control,the design of the hardware and the software. Field application showed that the modified device can work normally under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure, and the acquired data were accurate and reliable.
