摘    要:李堡油田属高凝油藏,地层能量不足,油井单井产量低,常规酸压措施有效期短。为增加地层能量,提高单井产量,开展了自生CO2复合吞吐技术在李堡油田的应用研究。室内采用长填砂模型,利用李堡区块的高凝油饱和岩心,考察了含油饱和度、注入速度、注入量、闷井时间、岩心渗透等因素对层内自生气复合吞吐技术提高采收率的影响。结果表明:自生气体系的注入速度越小,注入量越大,含油饱和度越高,闷井时间越长,吞吐效果越好。自生气复合吞吐技术现场应用后单井増油效果显著,措施有效期超过6个月,对高凝油藏低能低产井有很好的提高采收率作用。

Application of in-situ gas generation huff-n-puff technology in Libao Oilfield

Abstract:Libao Oilfield belongs to a high pour point crude reservoir,which has poor formation energy,low production rate of single well,and short validity period of acid fracturing. In order to increase the formation energy and improve the production rate of single well,the in-situ gas generation huff - n - puff technology was studied. In long sand - packed mod-els,using high pour point crude oil taken from Libao Oilfield,experiments were carried out on the effects of factors such as oil saturation,injection rate,injection volume,soak time,permeability on incremental oil recovery rate. Lab results showed that the smaller the injection flow rate was,the bigger the injection volume was,the higher the oil saturation was,the longer the soak time was,the higher the oil recovery rate was. The technology was applied in B1 - 7 well. After treatment,the oil production rate was increased significantly. Up to now,the validity period reaches more than six months. The field results showed that the technology can improve single well’s production rate in high pour point reservoir.
