| 摘 要： | 通过城市模型的合理构建,忽略了复杂因素使问题简化。基于该城市模型,建立了加油站模型,并在一定的假设条件下求得利润最大化的最佳选址与规模;而考虑土地的效用,可得到油价与选址的定性关系。
