大型成品油油库消防自动化系统的集成与维护

针对某大型成品油油库消防系统自动化水平低,相关阀门需要手动开启,影响初期火灾扑灭等问题,实施了消防系统自动化集成改造。应用自动化控制与通讯技术、数据库技术,通过因特网将消防水和泡沫系统、可燃气体报警器、手动报警器进行系统集成,利用工业现场组态软件对相关设备和协议支持的优势,实现了多种协议的支持和现场设备通讯与实时数据采集和控制等功能,满足了油库日常消防和应急状态下的快速准确处置要求。同时对系统运行初期出现的误报和气动阀门无法启动的故障原因进行了分析,提出了相应处置措施,保证了系统正常运行。

Integration and Maintenance of Automatic Firefighting System for Large Oil Product Depot

In view of the low automation level of the firefighting system of a large oil product depot,in which the relevant valves need to be opened manually,affecting the initial fire extinguishing,the integrate transformation of the automatic firefighting system is implemented.By means of automatic control and communication technology and database technology,the fire water and foam system,combustible gas alarm and manual alarm system are integrated through the Internet,and using the advantage of the support of industrial field configuration software for relevant equipment and protocols,the functions including support of multiple protocols,field equipment communication,real-time data acquisition and control are realized,which can meet the requirements of rapid and accurate disposal in daily firefighting and emergency state of oil depot.At the same time,the causes of false alarm and failure of pneumatic valve in the early stage of system operation are analyzed,and the corresponding disposal measures are put forward to ensure the normal operation of the system.
