摘    要:介绍了中国石化江苏淮安石油分公司创新小站经营模式,扩展农村市场的经验,具体的做法是:对73座农村小站按行政片区分为6个经营管理片区,通过考察或公开竞聘小站片区经理,实行自主经营、自负盈亏、自主分配,依法按章对加油站的进销存、价格、资金、安全、设备、人员、现场、数质量和品牌实行有效管理,通过创新小站经营模式,效益显著,市场控制力增强。

The CM)BG)Wcompany applies effective management in small-scale gas stations by recruiting managers and providing the managers full authority for management. Through the innovative managing mode, the company gains great benefits and improves control over market.
