油浆抗垢剂注入点管线腐蚀原因分析及解决措施

摘    要:对催化裂化装置油浆抗垢剂注入点管线腐蚀原因分析,并对油浆抗垢剂注入点位置进行改造。改造后装置运行4 a,油浆抗垢剂注入点附近管线腐蚀减薄未超过1 mm,剩余厚度均大于7 mm,有效解决油浆注入点附近管道的腐蚀问题,确保装置安全长周期运行。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the causes of pipeline corrosion at the injection point of the slurry antifoulant in catalytic cracking(FCC)units and modified its injection point location.Four years operation after transformation,the corrosion reduction and thinning of pipeline near the injection point of slurry antifoulant was less than 1 mm,the remaining thickness was more than 7 mm,which effectively solved the pipeline corrosion around the slurry injection point and ensured the safe and long lead operation of the unit.
